The process comprises the following steps: mixing collected royal jelly with water, filtering a royal jelly diluent, performing concentrating in a negative pressure state, and turning over the royal jelly diluent in the concentration process. The production line comprises a royal jelly diluting device, a royal jelly filtering device and a royal jelly dehydrating device. By adopting the technical scheme, collected royal jelly is diluted by adding water to form the royal jelly diluent, so that the royal jelly diluent can be filtered without passing through a filter screen by traditional extrusion, the royal jelly diluent can pass through meshes of the filter screen under the action of gravity or centrifugal force; and impurities such as corpses of bees with large sizes and fragments of nests can be effectively filtered out.
