The royal jelly acid calcium is prepared by the following steps: an equimolecular royal jelly acid, a sodium hydroxide solution and a calcium chloride saturated solution undergo a reaction under the water-bath condition in a dropwise manner; and raw products undergoes cooling, pumping filtration, washing by icy water and ice ethanol, vacuum drying and heating until dehydration. The health product contains 25 to 200g of royal jelly acid calcium and 0.1 to 0.4g of vitamin K2 per kilogram, with a dosage form being tablet, hard capsule and soft capsule. With the royal jelly acid calcium and the heath product for antiatherosclerosis and osteoporosis prepared from royal jelly acid calcium and vitamin K2, shortcomings of poor taste and instability of the royal jelly acid are overcome, and absorption rates of calcium and royal jelly acid as well as biological availability is improved; an overall function of the health product is significantly improved through mutual synergy effect simultaneously when utilizing individual efficacy of the royal jelly acid calcium and vitamin K2. The health product has significant treatment and prevention effects on atherosclerosis and osteoporosis of middle-aged and aged people.
