The method adopts a suction nozzle, a closed container and a negative pressure generation device which are sequentially connected through pipelines, wherein the closed container is vertically placed, the upper part of the closed container is provided with a first interface and a second interface, the first interface is connected withthe suction nozzle, and the second interface is connected with the negative pressure generation device. A royal jelly producing frame is taken out from a beehive, and a royal jelly bar on the royal jelly producing frame is shifted for enabling an opening of a royal cell on the royal jelly bar to face the side surface of the royal jelly producing frame; the suction nozzle is inserted into the royalcell and is pulled out after staying for a period of time, air and royal jelly together are sucked into the closed container, the royal jelly entering the closed container falls in the closed container, and the air entering the closed container is pumped away by the negative pressure generating device through the second interface. According to the quick royal jelly acquisition method, the operation is simple, the links of cutting a wax cover, picking out larvae and digging the royal jelly are omitted, the royal jelly acquisition process is simplified, and the royal jelly acquisition efficiency is greatly improved; and since the wax cover of the royal cell does not need to be cut, the pollution of body fluids of the queen bee larvae on the royal jelly can be avoided and the quality of theroyal jelly is improved.
