Fecha de publicación: 29/02/2000 Fuente: WIPO "royal jelly" PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a royal jelly extract and a product containing the royal jelly extract by which the damage by the generation of precipitation in the producing process is prevented, the quality is secured by decreasing the loss of an active ingredient in the royal jelly and preventing the generation of the precipitation after the production, and the quality of the royal jelly and the product containing the royal jelly extract is kept stable for a long time. SOLUTION: This royal jelly extract is obtained by cooling the royal jelly extracted solution obtained by separating undissolved material from the mixed liquid obtained by adding a hydrated ethanol to a raw royal jelly or a dried royal jelly, to (-15)-0C, subjecting the cooled product to a separation operation to remove the undissolved material while keeping the temperature. The product containing the royal jelly extract is produced by adding the royal jelly extract to a food material, a pharmaceutical material or a cosmetic material.COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
