The invention relates to a production method of royal jelly protein wine, and belongs to the wine making field. The existing method for making royal jelly wine is unavailable to extract effective substances from the royal jelly with pertinence, which causes the pertinence of the efficacy embodied by the royal jelly wine to be poor. The invention provides the production method of the royal jelly protein wine which has simple process, ensures high nutritive value of the royal jelly protein wine produced by the method and can prevent the protein in the royal jelly from losing effectiveness or deterioration during storage. The production method sequentially comprises the working procedures of weighing the royal jelly, blending wine, regulating alcohol content and seasoning. The production method is characterized by further comprising the working procedures of protein extraction, protein hydrolysis, rough filtration, refrigeration and fine filtration, wherein, the working procedures of the protein extraction and the protein hydrolysis are sequentially arranged between the working procedures of the royal jelly weighing and the blending wine, and the working procedures of the refrigeration and the fine filtration are sequentially arranged after the working procedure of the seasoning.
