The method comprises the following steps of taking royal jelly and carrying out pretreatment; pre-freezing and storing the royal jelly; carrying out unfreezing and secondary filtration on the royal jelly; carrying out vacuum stirring on the royal jelly; carrying out vacuum low-temperature drying on the royal jelly;carrying out desorption drying on the royal jelly; crushing and mixing royal jelly freeze-dried powder; carrying out compression moulding on the royal jelly freeze-dried powder; and carrying out filling and packaging on the royal jelly freeze-dried tablet. The production method has the advantages that the high-quality fresh royal jelly is selected, a modern high and new technology is adopted, low-temperature treatment, freezing and drying are carried out so as to obtain a solid, crushing is carried out in an ultralow-temperature environment, and all nutritional ingredients of the pure royal jelly are completely retained; the freeze-dried royal jelly is stable in activity, and the quality change of the freeze-dried royal jelly is small after being stored at normal temperature for three years; and no preservative is added, cold storage is not needed, the shelf life is long, the quality is stable, rancidity is not easily caused, absorption is rapid and effective, the absorption rate of the royal jelly freeze-dried tablet is increased by 5 times or more compared with the absorption rate of a common royal jelly product, and the royal jelly freeze-dried tablet is convenient to carry, canbe taken at any time and is suitable for fast-paced life in the modern society.
