Production and processing technology of high-quality royal jelly

The present invention discloses a production and processing technology of high-quality royal jelly. Firstly, frozen royal jelly is thawed in a thawing chamber; the thawed royal jelly is sterilized byultraviolet light before thawing; a stirring is conducted during the thawing process to realize the rapid thawing; then the royal jelly is filtered using a 50-150 mesh screen net in a refrigerating chamber; the filtered royal jelly is placed in a vacuum stirring tank to be stirred for 20-40 min; in an aseptic workshop, the treated royal jelly is filled in labeled bottles; and finally, the filled royal jelly bottles are placed in a cold storage at -5 to -10 DEG C to be preserved. The production and processing technology shortens the thawing time of the royal jelly, uses the real-time monitoring, adjusts the labeling process after the royal jelly filling, shortens the production time of the royal jelly, and prolongs the effective period of the royal jelly. The royal jelly is stored at -5 to-10 DEG C after the royal jelly is filled. The effective ingredients in the royal jelly are almost not lost. The high-quality royal jelly can be produced.
