The invention discloses a processing technology of lyophilized royal jelly powder. According to the processing technology of the lyophilized royal jelly powder, high-quality royal jelly is selected asa raw material, and processing is performed thereon. The processing technology of the lyophilized royal jelly powder comprises the following steps of carrying out filtrating, carrying out freezing, carrying out sub-packaging, carrying out vacuum low-temperature drying, carrying out crushing, carrying out sieving, carrying out mixing, and carrying out packing. The theory of water sublimation is utilized in the processing technology of the lyophilized royal jelly powder so that water is separated from the material in the presence of low temperature, and thus, fine ice crystal in the royal jellydirectly escapes as sublimated brume; and therefore, bubbles, oxidation and concentration are not liable to occur during the drying process, and extensive damages to bioactive substances are avoidedso as to ensure high-quality characteristics of the lyophilized royal jelly powder. The material without water is crushed, and prepared into dry powder so that the prepared lyophilized royal jelly powder is stable in activity, as well as convenient for storing and transporting. In addition, damages to biological tissues and cell structures of the raw material are small so that stability of thermosensitive components is effectively protected; and thus, the lyophilized royal jelly powder is loose in configuration with color basically unchanged after drying, and shelf life and storage performanceof the lyophilized royal jelly powder are obviously improved.
