The invention relates to a process for producing royal jelly extract lyophilized powder. The process comprises the following steps of: 1, unfreezing: unfreezing royal jelly until the royal jelly is completely in a semifluid state; 2, performing deproteinization: adding edible alcohol of which the volume percent is 95 percent and mixing so as to isolate protein; isolating the protein from clear liquid; and performing refined filtration on the clear liquid; 3, defatting: adding purified water to the filtered clear liquid in the volume ratio of 1:1, and isolating the clear liquid from fat by using a centrifugal machine; 4, adding dextrin into the isolated clear liquid for embedding treatment, wherein the dextrin accounts for 60 percent of the mass of dry matter; 5, performing vacuum freeze drying; 6, performing discharge and crushing treatment; and 7, sieving and quantitatively packaging. The invention has the advantages that all nutritional ingredients and active substances of the royal jelly are kept by the royal jelly extract lyophilized powder obtained by such treatment, therefore, not only can the royal jelly be conveniently taken, stored and carried but also the quality guarantee period of the royal jelly is greatly prolonged. The royal jelly extract lyophilized powder has all medical care functions of the fresh royal jelly.
