The invention provides a preparation method of royal jelly bifidobacterium powder capable of keeping the activity of royal jelly and bifidobacterium, which comprises the following steps: 1) inoculating freeze-dried bifidobacterium powder into MRS broth, and activating MRS for three times under the culture condition of 37 DEG C to obtain a bifidobacterium suspension; 2) preparing a porous starch suspension with the concentration of 10-30%; 3) mixing the bacterial suspension and the porous starch suspension according to a mass ratio of 1: (0.6-1.2), then carrying out centrifugal treatment, and discarding the supernatant to obtain bifidobacterium porous starch bacterial sludge; 4) uniformly mixing fresh royal jelly with the porous starch according to a mass ratio of 1: 1, and performing sealing and standing for 6 hours to obtain royal jelly porous starch paste; 5) uniformly mixing the bifidobacterium porous starch bacterial sludge with the royal jelly porous starch bacterial sludge according to a ratio of 1: (1-3) to obtain royal jelly bifidobacterium sludge; and 6) adding a freeze-drying protective agent into the royal jelly bifidobacterium paste, and performing freeze-drying, wherein the dosage of the freeze-drying protective agent is 1/3 of that of the royal jelly bifidobacterium paste.
