The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing American ginseng dry paste powder, preparing royal jelly powder and preparing soft capsules. The preparation method comprises specific steps of firstly by using American ginseng as a raw material, performing heating with ethanol or water, performing reflux extraction, combining extraction solutions, then performing concentration, adjusting the pH value of a concentrated solution with a sodium hydroxide solution or an ammonia test solution, and drying the concentrated solution so as to obtain dry paste; then screening royal jelly with a mesh sieve to remove impurities to obtain royal jelly semi-finished products, then performing dissolving and filtering with anhydrous alcohol, then adding a small amount of medical starch, performing vacuum drying to obtain refined pure propolis, and crushing the refined pure propolis to obtain the royal jelly powder; and finally, mixing the American ginseng dry paste powder with the royal jelly powder so as to obtain the soft capsules. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, effective components of the royal jelly and effective components of the American ginseng can be completely reserved, and the American ginseng royal jelly soft capsules have the characteristics of nourishing and strengthening bodies, enhancing immune competence and promoting metabolism of human bodies.
