The invention discloses an operation method for improving solubility of lyophilized powder of royal jelly. The method comprises the following steps: firstly weighing a certain mass of lyophilized powder of royal jelly and putting the lyophilized powder of royal jelly into a container, uniformly spraying 1.5-2kg of distilled water to the surface of 1kg of lyophilized powder of royal jelly, simultaneously spraying and stirring, and finally enabling the lyophilized powder of royal jelly to be pasty; slowly adding 0.5-1kg of distilled water into the royal jelly paste prepared from 1kg of the lyophilized powder of royal jelly, simultaneously adding and stirring to prepare a high-concentration royal jelly solution; and finally, uniformly stirring the high-concentration royal jelly solution, homogenizing the high-concentration royal jelly solution by using a high-pressure homogenizer, wherein the lyophilized powder of royal jelly is completely dissolved; taking the homogenized solution out and diluting the homogenized solution until reaching the required concentration for preparing beverages. According to the operation method for improving solubility of lyophilized powder of royal jelly, the solubility of the lyophilized powder of royal jelly is greatly improved after the lyophilized powder of royal jelly is processed by simple processes; the reliable technical guarantee is supplied for the application of the lyophilized powder of royal jelly to the beverage industry.
