An embodiment of the invention discloses a method for solving corrosivity of royal jelly acid in royal jelly. The method for solving corrosivity of royal jelly acid in royal jelly comprises the following steps of filtering out impurities from royal jelly, and mixing the filtered royal jelly with sodium bicarbonate until the mixture is neutral in property so as to obtain pretreated royal jelly; mixing the pretreated royal jelly with distilled water so as to carry out dilution, and carrying out refined filtration so as to obtain pure royal jelly; performing prefreezing treatment on the pure royal jelly so as to obtain frozen royal jelly; performing low-temperature freeze-drying on the frozen royal jelly so as to obtain freeze-dried royal jelly powder; and then, performing heating drying treatment on the freeze-dried royal jelly powder, and carrying out crushing so as to obtain royal jelly powder. Royal jelly acid in the royal jelly can be neutralized by addition of the sodium bicarbonate, namely NaHCo(3), so that the royal jelly becomes neutral in property; and thus, corrosivity of royal jelly acid in the royal jelly is solved so that long-term storage and processing of the royal jelly are facilitated.
