Method for increasing water solubility of royal jelly

The invention discloses a method for increasing water solubility of royal jelly. The method comprises the following steps of thawing: thawing the royal jelly at room temperature, so as to obtain a royal jelly liquid; homogenizing: adding a certain ratio of sucrose fatty acid lipid or Tween-80 into the royal jelly liquid, stirring at high speed, heating, and dissolving until the fineness of the particle in the royal jelly liquid is smaller than or equal to 20mum; enzymatic hydrolysis: adding protease, performing stirring, enzymatic hydrolysis and extracting for 2 to 4h at the temperature of 40to 45 DEG C, and concentrating by an ultrafiltration film at normal temperature, or concentrating under the vacuum condition until the amount of the royal jelly is equal to the 2 to 2.5 times of the feeding amount of the original royal jelly; freeze-drying the concentrated royal jelly to the temperature of -20 to 20 DEG C, so as to obtain the finished royal jelly. The method has the advantages that the insoluble matters and difficult-dialyzable matters in the homogenized royal jelly are converted into the soluble matters and dialyzable matters; the superfine decenoic acid crystals are shearedat high speed, so as to increase the dissolving degree, and the water solubility of the royal jelly.
