The method comprises the following steps: firstly, extracting the royal jelly main protein, then, carrying out effective crude extraction on the royal jelly main protein through centrifugal equipment and an ultrafiltration membrane with the molecular weight cut-off of 49kDa, keeping few impurities in the royal jelly main protein, and then, purifying the royal jelly main protein through ion exchange chromatography, so that the purity of the royal jelly main protein is relatively high.
