Fecha de publicación: 24/10/2013 Fuente: WIPO "royal jelly" PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fresh royal jelly beverage which allows intake of fresh royal jelly not undergoing a drying process, and can be stored for a long period of time at normal temperature.SOLUTION: A fresh royal jelly beverage is provided which is prepared in a form of drinkable liquid by adding drinking alcohol to fresh royal jelly. Even after the fresh royal jelly beverage is stored for 7 months at normal temperature, the content of a decenoic acid, a major component of the fresh royal jelly, in the fresh royal jelly beverage is not substantially different from that of the fresh royal jelly. After passage of 7 months, a change in taste as well as decomposition does not occur, and the fresh royal jelly beverage is drinkable. Therefore, the fresh royal jelly beverage allows easy long-term intake of fresh royal jelly not undergoing a drying process without requiring a special storage device, so that fresh royal jelly can be taken continuously for a long period of time in an ordinary family.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
