The frame includes a horizontal top frame member which has at each one of its respective ends formations for engaging and locking, with the engaging formations including a tapering surface formation, and the locking formations include a locking lip. The frame also has at least two vertically disposable side member assemblies which can be releasably connected to the top frame member in such a way that they are releasably connected by way of an insert mode which precludes the removal of a respective side member without deformation of the locking lip. The frame assembly also includes at least one transverse jelly cup bar which can be connected to the frame between the vertically disposed side members assemblies.
