The device comprises a royal jellyframe, a positioning table, a pressure plate, wedged driving blocks and a cutter component. The royal jelly frame is laid on the positioning table and provided with limiting portions which are in retaining connection with the royal jelly frame to limit the horizontal position of the royal jelly frame. The pressure plate reciprocates vertically and provided with the wedged driving block corresponding to driving pins on the royal jelly frame, and the cutter component reciprocates horizontally. By adoption of a linkage device, synchronous posture adjustment of the royal jelly strips on the royaljelly frame can be realized to make it convenient for the cutter component to integrally cut the bee wax of all royal jelly strips on the royal jelly frame, taking down the royal jelly strips is avoided in a whole cutting process, and accordingly efficiency in cutting of the bee wax of the royal jelly frame is greatly improved.
