The invention relates to the field of infrared detection, in particular to a construction method for a near infrared quantitative correction model of royal jelly and a detection method of royal jelly.The method especially comprises the following steps: selecting the royal jelly with known content of 10-hydroxy-2-decylennic acid for standby application; collecting near infrared spectral data of the royal jelly; selecting spectral information under feature bands for association with the known content of 10-hydroxy-2-decylennic acid of the royal jelly, and establishing a quantitative standard model by using a partial least square and a cross-validation method; performing near infrared spectral scanning on the unknown samples of the royal jelly, selecting spectral information under feature bands, and importing the spectral information into a quantitative correction model to obtain the content of 10-hydroxy-2-decylennic acid of the unknown samples of the royal jelly. By using a near infrared prediction model to detect the content of 10-hydroxy-2-decylennic acid in the royal jelly, the construction method for the near infrared quantitative correction model of royal jelly and the detection method of royal jelly have the advantages such as simple operation, fast analysis speed and high accuracy of prediction results, which provides experimental foundation for examination and determination of quality of the royal jelly, and has obvious application value and market prospect.
