One of the levels includes a bee feeder having a frame with a central opening and a feeder pipe extending across the central opening. The feeder pipe has a distal section including spaced feeder holes and a proximal section that extends outside the frame. A bee food container is attached to the proximal section of the feeder pipe. The feeder pipe is rotatable relative to the frame for moving between an on position in which the feed container is above the distal section of the feeder pipe and the feeder holes face toward a bottom major face of the frame and an off position in which the feed container is below the distal section of the feeder pipe and the feeder holes face toward a top major face of the frame.
