Novelty: an automatic honey extraction technique (E-KAEM) being devoid of a complicated electromechanical equipment and functioning solely by the periodical beekeeper’s supervision is disclosed. Technical features-(fig.1): the bee 1, the honey deposition cells (7-10), the honey extraction valve 3, the honey 2, the honey extraction flow (4-6), the honey flow through the honey valve 3 extracting honey out the honeycombs, and the valves 11 turned by the beekeeper’s hand to move upward or downward the moving honeycomb; the symbol 12 represents the periodical supervision of the honey-extraction system by the beekeeper who should lift up the moving honeycomb before the cells are filled with bees and thus sealed by them. When bees start consuming honey from the honeycomb, the beekeeper should move the moving honeycomb downwards for stopping the cells to operate as communicating vessels.
