The water treatment apparatus using propolis is capable of purifying water by eliminating microorganism and various harmful substances contained in water in such a manner that a water treatment apparatus of the present invention is installed at an outer side a water pipe using propolis that has antibiosis, anti-smell property, anti-oxidation, immunity, and anti-inflammation operation, an EM-X (Effective Microorganism-X) ceramic formed using effective micro-organism, and a permanent magnet ot is installed at one side of a water pipe in such a manner that water flows through the water treatment apparatus of the present invention.
