Propolis jelly and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to propolis jelly and a preparation method thereof. The propolis jelly is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight of 4 parts of jelly powder, 320 parts of purified water, 60 parts of honey, 1 part of citric acid, 0.25 part of vitamin C, 0.05 part of edible pigment and 15 parts of 30% propolis powder which is prepared by refining propolis raw materials with ethanol, performing entrapping with cyclodextrine, performing drying and crushing. The preparation method of the propolis jelly comprises the following steps of mixing the propolis raw materials with the ethanol and the cyclodextrine to obtain dissolving liquid, and then concentrating the dissolving liquid to obtain a concentrated solution; drying the concentrated solution to obtain dried materials; crushing the dried materials to obtain 30% propolis powder; taking 4 parts of the jelly powder and 320 parts of the purified water, and performing dissolving to obtain a jelly powder solution; adding 15 parts of the 30% propolis powder, 60 parts of the honey, 1 part of the citric acid, 0.25 part of the vitamin C, and 0.05 part of the edible pigment to the jelly powder solution to obtain primary jelly liquid; and cooling the primary jelly liquid to obtain the propolis jelly. The propolis jelly is convenient to eat, the propolis well dissolves in water, the propolis jelly is easy to absorbby human bodies, and when 2 propolis jelly granules are taken each day, health-care dose can be achieved.
