Provided are the fermented propolis and the producing method of the fermented propolis which is produced by extracting the original propolis with solvent containing ethanol, adding the microcrystalline cellulose by 0.1-10 times of the soluble parts to the extract or the extract, producing powdered propolis extract where the propolis extract is coated by drying, adding water in 1-20 times of weight to the powder, pasteurizing, inoculating the bacteria such as yeast, bacillus, lactobacillus, aspergillus, and acetobacer, and then fermenting the product.
