A second extraction may be performed with an alcohol solvent on the filtration residues obtained after the first extraction. A third extraction may be performed with an oil solvent on the filtration residues obtained after the second extraction. The method applies to the production of extracts of propolis for use in the manufacture of hygiene, care, cosmetic products, food products and food supplements.
