The preparation process includes dissolving propolis in vegetable oil to form oil soluble propolis, solid-liquid separating, dissolving solid matter, concentrating, merging, regulating the effective component content and encapsulating. The brown yellow soft propolis capsule has high stability, bright color, high effective component content, low heavy metal content, no toxic side effect and obvious health care function.
