METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BLADDER CHERRY CHOCOLATE CONTAINING EXTRACTED PROPOLIS AND HAVING HEAT-STIMULATING, DIURETIC, AND MUSCLE-RELIEVING EFFECTS

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing bladder cherry chocolate containing extracted Propolis, wherein the bladder cherry chocolate has heat-stimulating, diuretic, and muscle-relieving effects and is superior in storage stability.CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing bladder cherry chocolate containing ethanol-extracted Propolis comprises: a homogenizing step(P11) of mixing propolis solids with 70% ethanol in a ratio of 1:2 and homogenizing the mixture at 9,000rpm for 15 minutes by using a homogenizer; a centrifuging step(P12) of extracting a propolis suspension, and then centrifuging the extracted suspension at 7,000rpm for 15 minutes in a centrifuge to separate the suspension into supernatant and solids; and a spraying step(P19) of spraying 1% ethanol-extracted propolis onto the surface of a bladder berry at a temperature of 18-20°C under a humidity of 60% or below.© KIPO 2007
