The invention relates to a formula of nanoscale anti-caking propolis powder and a preparation method of the nanoscale anti-caking propolis powder. The method comprises the following steps of refrigerating a propolis extract, performing dampness removal, performing crushing, and performing screening so as to obtain propolis extract powder; mixing the propolis extract powder with an anti-caking agent in proportion to obtain a mixture 1, and crushing the mixture 1 so as to obtain powder 1; mixing the propolis extract powder with the anti-caking agent in proportion to obtain a mixture 2, and crushing the mixture 2 to obtain powder 2, and mixing the powder 1 with the powder 2 so as to obtain the nanoscale anti-caking propolis powder, wherein the anti-caking agent is microcrystalline cellulose, and the addition of other anti-caking agents especially SiO2 is not needed, so that the potential safety hazards caused by the auxiliary material of the SiO2 in conventional propolis powder products are solved, and the requirement that the propolis powder products are not liable to cake in a high-temperature condition can be met; through a flat type jet mill, the propolis extract is crushed, and the crushed propolis extract is screened, so that cycle operation can be performed, and the crushing effect is good; through a circulating pipe type jet mill, a propolis extract powder body and the anti-caking agent are crushed, and the crushed propolis extract powder body and the crushed anti-caking agent are mixed, so that not only is the mixing effect improved, but also the particle size of the finished products is also reduced again; the finished products are high in drying degree, so that extra drying is not needed; and the processed propolis powder product has the characteristics of being good in dispersing fluidity, fine in particle size and high in safety, and effective components and active components are well reserved.
