The multi-purpose blanket comprise: a main body; a circular cutting part which is formed in the middle of the central line along the width direction of the main body for inserting a user's head; a neck member which is connected to the circular cutting part by protruding successively; first and second opening and closing members which are provided to open and close first and second end part sections and which forms first and second arm receiving parts, respectively; and a cover member which can be attached and detached on/from the neck member. The cover member is used as a hat when attached on the neck member. The cover member is used to accommodate the main body when detached from the neck member.
