The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing pretreatment on the raw materials, mixing the materials, uniformly stirring and tinning. According to the mixed bee product, the ginseng, ginger and organic selenium are reasonably matched with the honey, the royal jelly, the bee pollen and the propolis together, and the ingredients supplement with one another, so that the nutritional ingredients are comprehensive, the problem that an existing bee product is identical in component and single in nutrition is solved, the human requirements are met, and a good health-care effect is fully achieved.
