A thin coat of latex material is applied onto the magnetic strip so that the magnetic strip is tightly adhered to the elastic body. The magnet exerts a sufficient amount of magnetic attraction through the elastic body to hold the object to any metallic surface. The elastic body can be constructed from rubber or similar materials. The location of the magnetic strip in inward facing side of the elastic body is designed to prevent the magnetic strip from direct contact with metallic surfaces and minimize the possibility of scratching. This magnetic holder can hold a variety of objects and can be used during activities. This holder is as small as a rubber band, soft, and very convenient, It can be stored in a purse, a pocket or can be attached to any metallic surface so it does not take up space. The holder is lightweight and very easy to use. It has non-slip properties so a person can have a good grip of object.
