Sleepers, composite.-Sleepers of coucrete are reinforced with wire netting 2 having its ends directed inwardly and brought substantially together. Openings 4 with one overhanging end 6 are provided for wood blocks on which the rails are secured. The sleepers are suitable for bridge and switch constructions.
