The base plate component is arranged at the bottom of a nest box of the hive and comprises a base plate body, and a gauze element layer and a movable base plate layer which are arranged on the base plate body; the two sides, above and below the gauze element layer, of the base plate body are respectively provided with a first track and a second track which are mounted in a way of matching with the movable base plate layer; when in a bee mite detection state, the movable base plate layer is arranged at the first track; when in a bee mite non-detection state, the movable base plate layer is arranged at the second track. The base plate component can serve as a device for detecting bee mites and also can be used as a bottom of an ordinary hive; in this way, when the bee mites are detected, moving bees to special hive detection equipment is not needed, thereby lowering the detection cost, greatly improving the detection speed and accurately detecting the natural mortality rate of the bee mites. Based on the base plate component, the invention further discloses the hive and a method for detecting the natural mortality rate of the bee mites.
