Fecha de publicación: 26/04/2017 Fuente: WIPO "bee" The present invention relates to a lower body exercise assisting apparatus and, more specifically, to a lower body exercise assisting apparatus which is connected to a cable machine as an existing free-weight exercise apparatus or an elastic band for gluteal muscle strengthening and muscular strength training. The exercise assisting apparatus of the present invention consists of a main body in the form of a sock without toes and ankle and a pair of rings attached to the position of the foot or the radiating bone to surround the heel. When the ankle is worn on the heel while the ring is connected to the cable or elastic band and the lower body is pulled to the back of an athlete, the intensity of the lower body training is increased through the weight of the cable weight or the elasticity of the elastic ban so exercise effects can be significantly improved.
