The box comprises a box body provided with a hive entrance, a box cover, a queen excluder, a hive frame and a feeder, wherein the queen excluder, the hive frame and the feeder are arranged inside the box body, the volume of the box body is smaller than the volume of a bee box used for bee cultivation. A method for establishing a bee queen-rearing colony is suitable for the box used for bee mating with the volume smaller than that of the bee box. The method comprises the steps of dividing a bee colony into a plurality of mating colonies according to the principle that the number of bees is matched with the volume of the box used for bee mating, and placing the mating colonies into a plurality of boxes used for bee mating respectively. According to the box used for bee mating and the method for establishing the bee queen-rearing colony, the number of bees in the mating colonies can be reduced appropriately on the premise that mating and oviposition of a queen bee are guaranteed, so that the number of bees in the mating colonies adapts to the internal space of each box body, and then more mating colonies can be formed, more queen bees can be cultivated, the number of bees can be increased fast, and economic effectiveness can be improved for a bee keeper.
