The invention discloses 22 specific SNP loci of the Changbai Mountain apis cerana, and establishes a method for identifying ecological bee species of the Changbai Mountain apis cerana by applying 22 SNP loci and 5 wing morphological characteristics by taking specific SNP marker identification as a main part and geometrical morphological measurement characteristic identification as a supplement. The SNP marker and the identification method disclosed by the invention can be used for genetic diversity analysis of germplasm resources of the Apis cerana in Changbai Mountain and molecular marker-assisted breeding of the Apis cerana in Changbai Mountain and apis cerana species purity identification, and the method has important theoretical and application values forgenetic differentiation of other geographical ecotypes of the Apis cerana in Changbai Mountain, adaptive evolution of a local environment and protection of germplasm resources of endangered Changbai Mountain Apis cerana, and has important significance for further protection of Changbai Mountain Apis cerana populations.
