The invention relates to queen rearing carried out by apis cerana and apis mellifera in a trophallaxis mode. Double transferring of larvae is adopted for queen rearing carried out by apis cerana, and apis mellifera larvae are used for primary larva transferring for queen rearing. Apis cerana larvae are used for secondary larva transferring for queen rearing. Primary larva transferring and secondary larva transferring are carried out in an apis mellifera queen rearing colony, and a queen rearing plate is moved into an apis cerana queen rearing colony until mating 24 hours after secondary larva transferring. According to queen rearing carried out by apis cerana and apis mellifera in the trophallaxis mode, apis cerana queens are large individuals, have resistance to diseases and high fecundity, and are likely to be cultivated into a powerful honey colony.
