The production technique comprises the following steps: manufacturing a beehive with two queen bees in one beehive; replacing comb honey bee lattices in one month before each blooming period, feeding honey bees with a nutritional feed in 5-30 days before the blooming period, adopting sealing plates to seal comb honey bee nests on the comb honey bee lattices during the process, and timely taking out to place into a sterilized thermostat container for storage stopping feeding the honey bees with the nutritional feed within 5 days before the blooming period; when the blooming period begins, examining the sealing condition of the comb honey bees at any time, and replacing the comb honey bee lattices provided with sealed comb honey by the comb honey bee lattices stored in the thermostat container. The production technique realizes two queen bees in one beehive through the unique beehive, and increases the amount of worker bees in the beehive, so that the speed of building nests and collecting honey of the Apis cerana is higher; meanwhile, by feeding the Apis cerana with the nutritional feed, integral health of the honey bees is improved, the secretion capability of the worker bees is enhanced, and the speed of building nests is accelerated; by the adoption of the production technique, the speed of producing comb honey is high, and the amount of comb honey is increased.
