The active ingredients are fermented at 30-40 deg. Celsius for 10-30 days. The health supplement for lymphocytic enteritis prevention or improvement contains 30-55 parts by weight of one or more of pine pollen and acorn pollen, 30-55 parts by weight of Apis cerana Fabiricius, and 1-5 parts by weight of propolis. A manufacturing method of a pharmaceutical composition for lymphocytic enteritis prevention or treatment comprises the following steps: mixing 30-55 parts by weight of pine pollen and acorn pollen, 30-55 parts by weight of Apis cerana Fabiricius, and 1-5 parts by weight of propolis; and fermenting the mixture at 30-40 deg.
