The invention provides a PCR method for identifying apis cerana honey and apis mellifera honey and application, and belongs to the technical field of animal provenance component molecular detection. The apis cerana honey and the apis mellifera honey are identified according to the specific band difference of apis cerana and apis mellifera genome DNA. According to a honey sample subjected to PCR amplification treatment by using the primer pair, a specific band appears at 194 bp of the apis cerana honey, a specific band appears at 330 bp of the apis mellifera honey, and two specific bands including a 194 bp band and a 330 bp band can be simultaneously amplified from a mixed honey sample of the apis cerana honey and the apis mellifera honey, so that the apis cerana honey and the apis mellifera honey can be quickly and accurately identified. The method has the characteristics of simplicity, convenience, high speed, high specificity, low cost and wide applicability.
