The method comprises the steps of (1) weighing a detected amount of honey sample to be detected; (2) detecting volatile hydrocarbon compounds in the honey to be detected by using HS-SPME-GC-MS to obtain a detection spectrogram, and quantifying Cis-9-Tricosene, (C9T), isomers thereof, namely, Iso-9-Tricosene, Cis-9-Pentacosene, (C9P) and an isomer Iso-9-Pentacosene in the honey sample to be detected according to the spectrogram; and (3) identifying the Apis cerana cerana honey and Apis mellifera ligustica honey according to the contents of C9T and C9P in the honey and the proportions of C9T and C9P to respective isomers.
