The invention discloses a method for breeding queen bees of apis cerana cerana Fabricius, and relates to the technical field of bee cultivation. According to the method, bee larvae of apis cerana cerana Fabricius and apismellifera Linnaeus are utilized to form a small nucleus population, and then queen rearing cells or virgin queens are sent into the small nucleus population, so that the queen bees lay eggs and brood larvae in the small nucleus population. The problems that when queen bees are bred from apis cerana cerana Fabricius through a large population, the survival rate is low, and theproductivity of the original population is weakened are effectively solved; meanwhile, the problem that the queen bees escape after laying eggs is solved, and the number of the queen bees in the apiscerana cerana Fabricius is further increased.
