The method comprises the steps: (1) selecting an Apis cerana honey powder plant site with a continuous flowering period, and(2) arrangement of beehives: placing the beehives at an altitude of 1-3 meters above the ground. Based on the high-altitude environment which meets preference of Apis cerana, the beehives are placedat the altitude of 1-3 meters above the ground, collection of the honey source is improved through high-altitude breeding, and the temperature and humidity suitable for Apis cerana can be met when theApis cerana is in the high-altitude environment; and through high-altitude breeding, ants and other pests and diseases can be prevented, no bee escape occurs, and losses are reduced in summer, so that the honey yield through high-altitude breeding is about 3 kg/year more than that obtained through low-altitude breeding.
