The invention provides a method and an attractant for attracting a large number of apis cerana to collect tea tree nectar. The attractant with the dosage of 30-40 mg/mL is prepared from acetophenone,linalool, cis-3-hexene-1-alcohol and beta-ionone in proportions. When tea tree flowers bloom from October to December every year, a rubber head lure core loaded with the attractant is attached to thecenter of a non-viscous round white plastic plate with a radius of 14-25 cm, then the white plastic plate is placed at the tea tip, and 1 to 2 white plates are placed per acre to attract a large number of apis cerana to a tea garden to collect nectar, and the efficiency of the apis cerana searching for tea tree nectar sources is improved.
