The method comprises daily management, honeybee forage feeding, pollen forage feeding and disease prevention; the high-yield breeding device comprises movable case cover, a hive, a bottom door, locking devices, hive door stops, a base plate and a triangle wood board. Through the combination of the method and the device, environment suitable for the breeding of Apis cerana in karst region is created; the substance required during the growth of the honeybees is guaranteed to ensure the healthy and fast breeding of bee colony; at the same time, the resistibility of honeybees is increased, and the damage of chemical agent to bee colony is avoided so that the problems of being liable to get sick and low honey output in the current breeding of Apis cerana in karst region are solved.
