The method mainly comprises the five steps of shaking and spleen tightening, box sealing and heat preservation, auxiliary feeding, artificial spleen adding and artificial pollen spleen preparation; when spleen tightening is conducted, only one spleen is selected, and the extra spleens are all removed; in the box sealing and heat preservation process, a partition plate, weeds and a plastic cloth are adopted for heat preservation; in the auxiliary feeding process, sweet water or water with honey is adopted for being contained in the box bottom feeding device for feeding; the spleen adding method is determined according to the bee spleen relation and the number of bees; an artificial pollen spleen is obtained by shaking soybean meal powder and honey in certain proportion and combining with saccharose powder and the water with the honey. Accordingly, apis cerana larva population development can be accelerated, and meanwhile the capacity of resisting the outside adverse environment is high; in addition, larva removing does not occur.
