The invention discloses a double-queen bee breeding method of Apis cerana. The method comprises the steps: selecting a robust swarm from a series of swarm for queen bee breeding between May and June before natural swarming occurs, selecting a one-day-old larva from each of remaining beehives, putting the selected larvae into a queen bee breeding box for breeding for 9 days, isolating old queen beeand 3-6 worker bees in each of the remaining beehives in a comb of the corresponding beehive, inducing queen cells to return to the beehives separately after the queen cells are mature, observing situations of emergence and mating of new queen bees, and if both emergence and mating are normal, and no fights occur, determining completion of successful double-queen bee breeding. Through the method, breeding of one queen bee of one year old or above and one newly-bred new queen bee in a same beehive can be achieved, no fights occur, rapid breeding of Apis cerana and increase of the honey yield can be achieved, and the problems of low economic benefits of Apis cerana breeding and scarcity of commercially available Apis cerana honey are solved; and meanwhile pollination of crops and traditional Chinese medicines is achieved, and the yield is increased.
