The concrete steps comprises the following steps: utilizing a bee-driving spleen-keeping uncapping method and frozen cutting technique to cut off honey spleens in a honeycomb; taking a part of honey spleens which are finished freezing and cutting for soaking nests for further use and processing the remaining honey spleens with a double-layer pot-heating method; freezing and dewaxing melt honey; carrying out vacuum and precise filtration, removing black floating layers and sectional wax scraps of spleens of honey surfaces to obtain pure honey; utilizing water-rinsing purification technology to remove surface purities of honey spleens used for nest soaking after separation to obtain clean honey spleens; soaking honey spleens to pure honey so that honey spleens can be suspended to the upper half part of pure honey and obtaining products for spleen-cut apis cerana. The invention provides deep-processing technology for spleen-cut apis cerana. By adopting the technology, all kinds of natural active material and other nutrient compositions of honey can be well kept. Therefore, mouth feel and quilt of honey are improved. Problems of finished product surfaces such as black floating layers and purities are solved.
