A rectangular metal pipe or a bevel-edge metal pipe with two outer edges different in height is bent and welded to form a circular frame circle or bevel-edge circular frame circle; threading holes are equally formed on the center line of the inner wall of the frame circle; thread distribution and tightening holes are uniformly distributed on the center line of the outer wall; bee through holes are uniformly formed in two side surfaces; the circular frame circle is applied to a horizontal beehive; and the bevel-edge circular frame circle is applied to the two edges of a spherical beehive. The circular apis cerana movable frame also has the functions of facilitating comb fetching and inspection, manual apis cerana separation, manual queen rearing and exchange and honey extraction; the frame can be made into a frame with a plastic foundation piece at the middle from a plastic raw material by once injection molding, and also can be made into a frame with a metal foundation piece at the middle from a metal sheet by once stamping. The frame also can be used for rearing apis mellifera and other bee species.
