The invention discloses a breeding method for high-yield royal jelly and high-yield honey bees. The breeding method comprises the following steps: S1, queen bee rearing: putting a queen bee rearing frame into a queen bee rearing Apis mellifera carnica colony, respectively implanting Apis mellifera carnica larvae into each queen cell, coating the queen bee rearing frame with Apis mellifera ligustica honey produced by an Apis mellifera ligustica colony, and putting back the queen bee rearing frame into the queen bee rearing Apis mellifera carnica colony; taking out the queen bee rearing frame, putting the queen bee rearing frame into the Apis mellifera ligustica colony for lactation, then taking out the queen bee rearing frame, putting the queen bee rearing frame back to the queen bee rearing Apis mellifera carnica colony again, and conducting breeding for 5-6 days to obtain a mature queen fetus; and hatching a virgin queen bee on the seventh day to the eighth day; S2, mating: feeding the virgin queen bee in S1 as a female parent for 5-7 days, and mating the virgin queen bee with an Apis mellifera ligustica drone as a male parent to lay eggs; S3, hatching: conducting hatching for 10-15 days after spawning; S4, breeding; and S5, overwintering management. The breeding method is simple, the yield and quality of bee products of the bee colonies are increased, and meanwhile, the economic income and bee-keeping enthusiasm of bee farmers are greatly improved.
